Buttercream Bakery Rainbow Lollipop Cupcakes

I think these rainbow lollipop cupcakes I made for a very sweet little persons birthday are so brilliant.  They remind me of Willy Wonka and all the wonderful, deliciousness that comes along with him.

I ordered in the little round sprinkles especially for this order but will definitely be using them again, they match the mini Whirl Pops perfectly.

I think there will be lots of sticky fingers this afternoon.

They were 5cm in diameter so quite small really. I was watching Cake Boss last night and he used those little round sprinkles to make a stadium crowd. Was very cool and looked spot on.

They're so beautiful! Cake Boss just aired here in the Netherlands. Helpful tips, but he is so ... bossy!!
Anyways, how amazing you grew up in South Africa!! My boyfriend's from Cape Town, can't wait to visit one day. I never went on vacation as a child, but these past few years I feel like I'm making up for it.
