I can honestly say I never thought I would be designing shoes but when the fabulous curators of Guerrilla Fashion, who had already been in touch about cupcakes for the event, asked if I would design a pair of shoes for the fashion show, I just couldn't say no.

The Guerrilla Fashion show featured some amazing work from local designers, there was a brilliant recycled, reclaimed edge with lace and latex galore. You can see some pictures from the show here.

The Buttercream Bakery Shoes are covered heel to toe in goodies, cakes, candy, chocolate, ice creams and teddy bears, all the little details are hand made by yours truly using Fimo clay.
The show was absolutely fantastic and it was a real pleasure to be involved. I have already been asked to get involved with the sure to be phenomenal Valentines lingerie fashion show and pop up shop taking place in February.
Loving the idea of lingerie cupcakes! Roll on Valentines.
